Affogato Solutions is an informal team of web developers reachable through our Instagram page @affogato.solutions. We are not a registered company. This policy explains, in plain language, what we do with the information you share when booking a project with us.
1. What we collect
From the booking form: your name, business name (optional), email, phone / WhatsApp number, country, the type of website you want, your requirements, design preferences, timeline, and any other detail you choose to share. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
2. Why we collect it
We use your information only to:
- understand your project and prepare a quote,
- contact you about your booking,
- deliver and support the work you hire us for.
3. Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a secure managed database. Access is limited to our internal admin accounts. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
4. Service providers
We may share information only with the providers we use to run the service (database hosting, email, messaging). These providers process the data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
5. Retention
We keep booking submissions for as long as needed to handle your project and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send any such request to our Instagram DM

7. Cookies & analytics
This site uses only the cookies / local storage strictly needed to run the booking form (for example to remember a saved draft on your device). We do not run advertising trackers.
8. Security
We use HTTPS, role-based access control, and rate-limiting on admin login. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
9. Liability
As we are not a registered legal entity, our liability is limited as described in our
Terms & Conditions. By submitting the form you accept those limits.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page is the one currently in effect.
