Affogato Solutions ("we", "us", "our") is an independent web development team operating informally via our Instagram page @affogato.solutions. We are not a registered company or legal entity. By submitting a booking on this site, you agree to the terms below.
Submitting the booking form is a request for a custom quote. It is not a confirmed order and does not create a contract. After review, our team will contact you with scope, timeline and pricing. Work begins only after both parties confirm in writing (chat / email).
All payments are quoted and agreed on a per-project basis. We typically require an advance before starting and the balance before final delivery / handover. Payments made are non-refundable once work has started, except where required by law.
Each project includes a clearly defined scope. Reasonable revisions within scope are included. Changes that expand scope (extra pages, new features, redesigns) may be quoted separately.
Estimated delivery times depend on you providing content, feedback, and approvals on time. Delays caused by missing information from your side will extend the timeline accordingly.
You confirm that any text, images, logos, or other material you share with us are owned by you or properly licensed. You are responsible for the legality of the content. We will not be liable for third-party claims arising from content you supply.
Domains, hosting, payment gateways, and other third-party services are billed by their providers and remain your responsibility. We can recommend or set them up on your behalf, but we do not control their pricing, uptime, or policies.
On full payment, you own the final website code and design assets we create specifically for you. We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless you ask otherwise.
Work is delivered on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the project. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses (lost revenue, lost data, downtime, etc.).
Either side may cancel a project in writing. Work completed up to the cancellation date is billable. Advance payments already used to cover work performed will not be refunded.
Primary communication is via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram DM at @affogato.solutions.
We may update these terms at any time. The version shown on this page applies to bookings submitted on or after the "Last updated" date.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled informally first; if unresolved, by courts located in Kerala, India.
